How is the confidentiality of our documents protected?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving files. They are processed inside secured systems accessible only to the translator assigned to the project, every team member is bound by a confidentiality agreement, and copies are deleted on request once the project is complete.
What payment methods do you accept, and do you issue a tax invoice?
We issue a compliant invoice bearing our VAT number. Payment is by bank transfer, Mada or credit card, online payment, or cash at the office.
Can the translation be completed without visiting the office?
Yes, the service is entirely online: send a photo of the document or a PDF by WhatsApp or email, and receive the stamped translation as a PDF. If you prefer a paper copy, collect it from our office in Al Murassalat.
